This IWC Mark XX Patrouille Suisse has a great outlook, now two factories are making a super clone of it, they are M+ and V7. Before introducing the replica from both factories, I want to give a brief introduction about M+ and V7. Actually both watch makers have been in this industry for years, V7 is more well-known and makes more watches, including Mark 18, Portofino, Breitling Navitimer and Chopard. M+ Factory is more low-key, they only make some models of IWC, Tudor and Bell Ross, but M+ has a very strict quality control standard.
Before V7 released this replica, the watch from M+ Factory has been in the market for one month. M+ ships this watch with one extra rubber band in black or white, while V7 ships this watch with one warranty card and one tag. In the following pictures, the left watch is from M+, the right one is made by V7. The quality of M+ is better.

Both factories use titanium as case material, but the sandblasted finish on the M+ is much better, it looks and feels more refined. On V7, the sandblasted finish is a bit rough, especially on the bezel.

The second hand is a big tell. M+ makes the second hand correct, because the tip is straight. While on V7, the tip of the second hand is bent, not correct.

The dial lume, both green, but on M+, the green lume light is stronger.

Movement:
M+ Factory uses a Japanese Miyota 9015 automatic movement. The adjustment of time and date is the same as that of genuine watch. Pull out the crown to the first clicking position, rotate the crown clockwise to adjust date. V7 Factory uses an Asian clone ETA 2892 movement that is developed by Sea-gull, the date adjusting is different, you pull out the crown to the first clicking position, rotate the crown anticlockwise and the date number in the window will change. V7 also offers a Swiss movement option, but the price is very high.
Both factories have a black nylon band on the watch, the lines on the nylon band of M+ are finer. The buckle has color difference and structure difference. M+ uses a pin buckle, while on V7, it is a quick-release system for the buckle. I recommend the pin buckle on M+, because it is stronger and does not easily drop off.

And the last picture shows you the crown difference. On the right photo, it is the crown of V7, which seems to be bigger and higher than the one on the left(M+). I remembered that genuine watch does not have that big crown on the titanium IWC Mark XX.

My conclusion:
Buy the M+ version, this factory has a better quality on details finish.
